Poverty I believe can be conquered if all of us put our efforts to it.
The only way by which poverty could be overcome on a global scale is to get the spirit of volunteerism encouraged in the developing world and the poor communities of the world.If we give aid to people it is right and proper but if we have to always be giving aids to the poor without helping them to come out of it then it is going to put them where they were after what we gave is exhausted and the question is for how long.
The solution should not be far fetched.I think that
1.The private sector should be strenghtened to be able to perform creditably by developing their capacity.Most people doing business in the developing world do business without putting the necessary structures in place.Business could be running for years without business plan and without strategies.So business start even with people that have some capital but do not get anywhere.
2.Businesses could be made to develop without hinderances.Some governments could become blocks to business development.Since the world is more like a global village I think businesses could be helped directly without reservation.
Voluntary should be encouraged to play their roles effectively and efficiently.
